Shipping

Each item is made to order which may take 1-3 weeks to make.

If you have a date by which you would need it by please contact me and I will try to meet your needs.

After the piece of jewellery has been made, orders will be posted within 1-3 working days and sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail. If this timescale cannot be met for any reason, then you will be contacted as soon as possible.

For shipping outside of the UK, please allow up to 10 working days. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked Service. 

Customs Tax

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns/Refunds

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days via email and I will give you instructions for returns.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For your protection, it is recommended that a recorded delivery service is used for returning items.

Please ensure that the item is returned in it's original condition and securely packaged.

Once the item is received and checked, a refund (minus the postage) will be issued to you as soon as possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued but if the item has already been dispatched, you must return the item at your own cost.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons; commissioned and customised pieces cannot be returned.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and return the item within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.
